Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 48 business hours of shipment.

While your order is still processing, we may be able to cancel your order. You can send an e-mail to info@bellastreasures.com with your order number, keep in mind that in order to get your order to you as soon as possible, we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. If your order is no longer able to be canceled you can definitely process a return once you receive your package. 

We are unable to make any changes to an order once placed. If you need to make any changes to your order, we recommend canceling and placing a new order so long as it is still eligible.

If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at info@bellastreasures.com  as soon as possible. Please note, we work quickly to process and ship your order, and once an order has been shipped we are unable to modify the address.

Orders are shipped within 48 hours of purchase.

Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped. 

We offer free shipping for all orders. Orders shipped via standard shipping are typically shipped within 48 hours and arrive in 10 to 21 business days depending on region. Delivery days are Monday through Friday, and orders will not be delivered on Saturday, Sunday, or Holidays.
